Young Life in Grosse Pointe
Young Life has been in our community since 2002. We currently serve High Schoolers, Middle Schoolers, and students with disabilities.
Find us at the YOUNG LIFE Faith House (475 Fisher Road) generously donated and maintained by the faith HOUSE foundation. We host activities here multiple days EACH week.
What We Do
Contact Work
CARING FOR KIDS
Young Life Leaders meet teens where they are and build bridges of authentic friendship. Leaders can be found doing many things such as cheering on the sidelines of sports games, attending their friends' musical theater productions, grabbing lunch together, visiting the local coffee shop and playing video games.
Campaigners
A Time to learn and grow
A small group gathering for those who want to grow in their faith through exploring the Bible. It's a space to ask real questions about life and what it means to follow Jesus. Friends are given creative options to engage, share, and express their thoughts and questions. Leaders also encourage their friends to grow in their faith through participation in a local church.
Club
Party with a purpose
We like to say club is a party with a purpose! It's a place where all are welcome. At Young Life Club, we dance around, play games, build friendships, and share the good news about Jesus.
Camp
The best week ever
Students consistently tell us camp is "the best week ever!" It's a week where deep friendships are formed amidst fun and adventure all while experiencing Jesus’ love. Leaders invite their friends to camp through avenues such as local day camps, overnights at a Young Life camp, adventure camp trips and discipleship trips.

Young Life begins in the USA
In a town in Texas, at the request of his pastor, a young associate pastor named Jim Raybrun began showing young people how much God cares about them by showing up in their world and sharing the message of God's love through Jesus in ways and words they could understand and relate to.
